Looking for some help diagnosing a stange high pitched squeel I am getting from the 04 Tacoma I just bought.

In 2nd and 3rd gears and between 2500 and 300 RPM I get this high pitched squeel. It dosen't happen in 1st, 4th or 5th gears just in 2nd and 3rd and only at that RPM range.

I'm still under warranty, but before I bring it in I wanted to see if anyone had any ideas.

 

What kind of shape are the belts in? If they are shiney where the belts touch the pulleys, the squiel may be comming from the belts. If its not the belts my guess might be a bearing somewhere, although you say it doesnt always happen.

 

Belts look good as it was completly serviced before I drove it out of the dealership. I wish it did always happen as then it would be much easier to diagnose.
