OK here is the deal...I changed my front pads (OEM) about 2 months ago and ever since I have been having this strange problem. I have changed the calipers already thinking it was maybe that based on what I read on yotatech. I am thinking differently now...anyone have any suggestions, comments, thoughts?

1) Doesn't happen all of the time
2) Happens ONLY at very low speeds (under 10mph)
3) After I drive for a while and park...say for 15-20 mins. Get back in after backing out of a parking spot and then put on the brakes and they grab hard and sometimes wont release.
4) I tested the brakes hard after replacing the calipers...55-0 without releasing the brakes...no problem.
5) When I am sitting still I can push on the pedal and pump the brakes and it builds up pressure, but i can still push the pedal all the way to the floor...not sure if this is the way ABS should react.
6) I have bled the brakes each time I have done something to the brakes.
7) Sometimes when creeping at a light with the brakes applied, not all the way down, I hear this 'moaning sound'

I really need to get to the bottom of this...any input appreciated.

Pumping the brakes and gaining pedal strength is a classic case of air in the lines. The pedal going to the floor is not normal in any way (unless you are bleeding). I would be very cautious driving the vehicle and seek advice from a trusted wrench if you can't figure it out soon. As for the sticking brakes, the drum brakes would be more likely to stick since they have many more moving parts. Mud or other debris might be the cause. Not sure if the ABS malfunctioning could cause such a scenario.

hmmm. i have the same problem and chalked it up to needing to rebuild calipers or put new ones on. it does it mainly when they are cold. and when it does it is real grabby or they drag.

You may have ruined your master cylinder by allowing the pedal to go all the way to the floor; it's a common mistake. So, even if you bleed the heck out of your system, you may still get the "air in the lines" feeling. At least keep this in the back of your mind as you troubleshoot.

Always put a block of wood under the brake pedal when bleeding the traditional way (assuming you bled the brakes that way).

Either way, the pedal has hit the floor, and the damage could be done.
