Steering Shakes
I just picked up a 2000 4Runner SR5 its got 214,000+ miles , Drives nice in good shape , But as I Drive it , when I hit pot holes , Bridge Joints and speed bumbs the front end and Steering wheel shake , I was wounding if this has happened to any one and how you fixed it ?

That sounds normal to me, but you can get play in the steering rack bushings, most replace them with Prothane or ES bushings and be done with it, might aswell replace the anti-sway bar links and bushings with prothane and ES bushings well your at it.

In 414,000+ miles, I've replaced my rack bushings, sway bar end link bushings, upper ball joints, and lower ball joints multiple times. Additionally I've adjusted the steering rack at least a half dozen times and replaced the upper control arm bushings once.
Unless you know how well the truck was maintained, it could be one item, or the result of various worn components that were neglected for 18 years.
