Spark Plug Gap

Yes i did a search

I ordered NGK-BCPR7ET, Gadgets recommended plugs (triple grounded), do i need to regap these? I read that regapping anything that is greater than 1 grounding electrode would cause the spark to only use one side (unless it is exact).

What do you recommend?

I would not re-gap a pre-gapped twin electrode plug for the very reasons you described in your original post. Good idea to check here!
