I haven't been on here at all but i know this has been ask many of times so if someone could direct me to a thread of how to do a 3.0 to 3.4 conversion. I have a friend who works at a Toyota Dealership that can hook me with all sorts of performance parts (Full TRD Exhaust for $100) but i guess their aren't very many or at all for the 3.0. Thanks! Also my 4Runner is 4WD 5spd if that helps.

there are a bunch of threads on here about that. Also check out 4x4wire.com and search for the same thing.
