3.0 kit installed here, gave me a noticeable lift without having to worry about my axle seals. Rides great and feels like a new SUV. highly recommended!

Ive got the 1.2 system on and a 2" RB body lift. I simply love it.

Did I mention the service at SS was great and product/workmanship are/is fantastic? Steve really hooked it up.

I was extremely pleased with my SS front end economy kit. The instructions are super simple and very well layed out.
I did go with OME rear end parts , but only after talking with Steve about it for a couple days.
The only problem I have is with my SS adjustable Panhard bar I bought with the kit. The locking nuts wont stay put, and the total length of the SS bar is only 1/8" longer than the stock one.
Not complaining, just kinda makes me say "Meh."

Hey all,

I'm looking at lift kits now and the 3.0 caught my eye. I'm not a huge off-road driver at all, so the lift is more for a stance look than anything. However, I've also read some posts about some lift kits making the suspension stiffer than stock. Is this true, and if so is there a lift kit that isn't quite so stiff?

Let me know for those that have gotten these kits what the ride is like for y'all! Thanks!

All I can say is that I've had the 3.0 kit for over a week now and still am very happy with the ride. It is not stiff at all and I kinda prefer a soft ride anyways. To me, the handling seems very controlled without being stiff but I guess it's all a preference item.

I just pulled the trigger on the system 3, Steve has to be the best guy I have ever bought anything from. I have never had anyone get back to me so fast on the questions I asked. I was looking to piece together a similar kit by myself but to have everything put together and all the R&D done, it was worth the money.
