just bought an 85 toyota with 22re engine. i took it to get smoged and it didnt pass. its got a downey header on it and flowmaster muffler. the cat is still on there, but the guy i took it to said its running too lean. anybody have any suggestions

 

they didnt give you a print out of the readings? Crazy ass California. I think more details are needed to really help.
