had tires balanced still there . then i changed the rotor still there around 60-70mph if i had tire balanced woulden't that rule out the wheel being messed up???

have the aligment checked. Places that can balance tires usually can do aligments, but it will most likely cost you ~$50

If you bent a rim you will have vibration no matter what. Little more info, what'd you smack on the rock exactly?

I hate to even bring this up but a tree ran into me one time on the trails and i needed an entire new rack and pinion. something to the tune of 800 dollars. No body damage either, the jarring of the wheel against the tree did all the damage.

I did this same thing a while back when I hit a rock in the snow. Also my steering wheel was just slightly offcenter. I had it aligned at a good shop and the shimmy was gone and my truck drove much better than it had for quite a while. I had been driving and wheeling it for about 2 years before this and have had an annoying shimmy for a while. I passed it off as my tires till I put my snow tires on this winter and it was still there.
