Side sliding window question

I have an 86 4runner I'm rebuilding. The trim around the side sliding windows is shot. Can anyone tell me how to remove these? I have taken the interior around them off and can't find any bolts or screws. I'm at a loss. I have another 86 that was rolled and it has almost perfect side sliding windows in it, I just can't seem to figure out how to get them out.

Thanks

i'm not sure about the trim. but as for the actual windows, they're unfortunately stuck in there like a windshield. you need to cut the seal around them and then re-glue them in. it's a real PITA.

Thanks. I was afraid that would be the case. It would have just been too easy if they unbolted
