No offense, but keep dreaming and keep saving your money. The average custom rear bumper will run you around $1000. That Rockware bumper new was more like $1500 (I looked into them a few years ago). At $700 it is a steal; plus because I know and wheel with Lance, I know it is not beat.

believe me, i like the bumper minus the tire carrier, looks sweet! i am just not feeling a grand right now for a rear bumper, ill have to get the front bumber first! but i hear where your coming from, why just put another panel there to get messed up in the trails somewhere! anyhow, hopefully while i am waiting i can come across a killer deal on a rear!

No joke. That bumper is sick and after reading all the rear bumper build-ups, there is a lot of effort that goes into those metal wonders. If you start figuring what any company would need on a per hour basis, $1k for a rear bumper is probably average.

notice the splash guard isnt dark enough due to improper gun setting, but the bumper came out great.

budget: $190- 1qt paint, 2 diff type of primers, hardener, clear, reducer, set of HVLP gun(not the best but it works), sand papers.
