Hello to all, I pose to you the following question as my first time participating: My automatic shifter has lots of play. Has anyone experienced/fixed something similar to this? It engages perfectly fine, and there is no need to adjust the linkage bolt located near the transmission and transfercase. It seems like a bushing of some kind has just worn out. There is enough play to move the shifter into the previous gear (1-2, 2-D, D-N, etc) without it actually engaging anything. It is the only detail the truck needs and suspect that one of you-all may have an answer to. Thanks for the help.
