rack ends or maybe your tierod ends, you can check them by jacking up both sides that would permit you to move the tires by hand... another good/knowledgeable eyes will really be a help.

I have the same problem, changed rack bushings, new tires and alignment, still vibrates - checked u-joints etc. how can you tell if the hub is bad?
