Looking to get my '87 4Runner body cleaned up and repainted. Any recommendations or experiences with shops in the Seattle area? The truck has the usual dents, scratches that need to be removed. I will do most of the trim and panel removal myself. Any recommendations as to how I can get a good quality job done would be greatly appreciated.

I have heard that a good quality job will run several thousand, and this is what I'd be willing to spend. As I plan on restoring the entire truck, the paint job needs to last, not be a 3 year MAACO special.

DudeBud, I looked through your post and both Trucks look amazing, compliments on your body and paint skills.

I'm looking to get something similar as the end result, nice classy restored Runner that will last a long time.

the place that watrd mentioned is really good they fixed my buddys truck after we got in a wreck the thing looked like new when he got it back. it actually looked better then when he baught it from the lot.
