SCORE!! New rims and tires

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...MEWN%3AIT&rd=1

and shipping is $60 for all four rims/tires. Yeah the tires suck, but for that price I can deal with it for awhile. My truck is turning into a street queen again.

I've been tracking these dumb things for a few weeks now. No different seller but the shipping is reasonable.

Another seller on there to watch is bjfilip2000 ... I think his stuff might be stolen cause he has rediculously low buy-it-now prices on some of his things.

I don't know if they would fit. Plus you could easily sell your old rims for $350+ on here. I don't know what tires your running, but probably could easily get anohter $200 if they have good tread. So some new 17's are pretty cheap in the long run

true.. ill likely hold off till later into the summer though. waiting for the ol' lift & shocks to go in first, then ill worry about tires and rims.

i have a lot of tread left on my current tires, probably 85%.

sdastg1-are those OEM rims in the pic in your avatar? Did you paint or powdercoat them black? I was thinking about doing that and wondered what it cost? I am really starting to like the black rim look and think it will be my next mod.

Cool, thanks for the link. So how has the paint held up? Have you had to do a lot of touch up?

The truck doesn't look anything like that anymore I took it back to stock. The paint held up great ... of course when it gets rock rashed it has to be touched up

Actually you can't. You have drive flanges. What you might consider doing is getting a set of manual hubs, they would look better than the drive flanges.

That's cool, imagine them converted to real beadlocks.

That would really be cool.

Damn - I saw your rig at Best Buy in Monroeville - I think I even posted some pics I took of it. Those wheels look great!! Did you get them locally? I want a set badly (wheels only).

The wheels and covers are for a semi-floating sealed/press-in bearing type setup, your truck has a full floating packed style bearing setup.
