I wanna switch out my basic guage cluster for the one with the tach and I wanna add crooz. to my 2000 Tacoma

If I find a $Runner or Tacoma with both of these in a junkyard, what all do I need to pull fom the donor truck (cruise stalk, controller unit, tach control unit, that type of stuff) ?
How would I be able to resolve the difference between the odometers?

BTW: if you've still got the green illumination in your rig, please get back there and pull the little green condoms off of the bulbs - just leaving the bulbs uncolored is much brighter than stock. I also took some Krylon Glo Orange to the guage needles - better on the eyes day and night.
