01 Taco 3.4L

In another thread I saw that the ATF temp codes were available and grabbed my manual and put them in. I happened to be glancing through the quick start guide and it mentioned in the "How to save fuel" section that there was an AVG gauge that showed Average Fuel Mileage. I can't find it and there does not appear to be any codes for it. Anyone have any ideas?

On the same subject, while I am off this week I was going to start playing with some of the codes, in particular ones related to the O2 sensors, to see if they worked on our vehicles. Does someone have a list or is there a FAQ or thread somewhere that lists all the codes that the manual has that work with our trucks? Maybe even some not listed ones like the ATF?
