Hey again...noticed a lot of CO folks on here. Wonding if you guys know of any salvage yards with a decent number of 96-02 runners around Denver? I'm hoping to cross off some of the little things on my list that I need, and hopefully find a set of the fender flares (matte black ones, not the painted limited ones or the small ones with chrome trim which I already have) Figure this would be the best place to start my search. A quick internet search revealed little-to-nothing specific to Denver metro area... Anyone else got a set of flares laying around they want to part with? TIA!!!

YotaYard is run by Jim Wales' now ex-wife, IMHO it has taken a downward dip. But the prices haven't. But it's moot; they cater to early trucks. You might try Eurasian in Englewood, or call around. I don't think there is a Denver yard with a LOT of '96-02 Toys. You might also call Oleg at Alatao Auto, he is a Russian immigrant, a truly great guy, and a member of Rising Sun 4x4 Club. He rebuilds late model 4Runners to the nines, and may have parts, or a line on them. He does really nice work BTW.

damn there is a place way down colfax i think that i got a 00 center counsel for when i had my 96. get a phone book and call a place and have them do the whole junk yard call search thing till they find one

In the springs, Performance Imports Salvage Yard, in Old Colorado City...
has:
-12 2nd gens, 6 bases, 2 2doors, 4 limiteds.
-2 96-98, 1 limited
-1 01 base.
