My 3.0 L 4runner 95 (71,000 org miles) recently get rough idle
when shift to o drive position,on park position seeme to be fine. Last year got major tune up by dealer,replace rotor cab ignition,new spark plug wire,gasket head..I just clean fuel injector,replace fuel filter,air filter,clean throtttle intake,no trace for vaccum leak found, no engine light warning. what else should i shoot for,please advise!:pat:

 

The idle is rough when the engine is under load and at idle? I' guessing here, but you could check the timing, and check the plugs to see if any are fouled or not gapped correctly. Also when did you last check/adjust valve clearances? Check for operation of EGR and PVC valves
