Rough Idle on '04 Tacoma

Rough Idle on '04 Tacoma
I installed an AFE intake and a Flowmaster on my Tacoma 2.7 prerunner, now it shakes pretty bad when in gear at a stop light. Is this directly related to the intake? Does anyone know what I can do to stop this or does it even matter?

Are you sure that all of the vacume lines got hooked up properly? Usually vacume problems can cause that rough idle. You could always throw the stock intake back in and see if that fixes the problem...?
