rims and tires

What do i need to know about my lug pattern (99 stock tacoma rim (15)) in order to shop for knew rims. I just got a 3inch lift and need larger tires but dont have the money to spend on nice rims. Cheap-o's are what im looking for. If i cant find cheap rims then im gonna have to get 31x10.50's. Does any company make a 32 or 33 10.50? thanks

You can definitely find some 33x10.5's out there, but you should be able to fit 32x11.5's on your stock 7 inch rims no problem. Some tire shops won't do it, but most will.

Check out tirerack.com for research means.

Your lug pattern is 6 on 5.5, very popular size, many aftermarket rims available as low as $35 ea. for 15x7 or 8 steelies.

Hope this helps.

rockcrawlers go for 80 something apiece i think. i have them on mine and they work great. you could manage 255/85s on your stocks too i believe

Yeah, the bolt pattern is 6x5.5" and you can definetly fit 255/85/16's (33.3"x10")

My bad, not $35 but $38 for some 15 x 7's, Check out Summitracing.com and search for cragar wheels. Your local wheel shop, e.g. Big'o'tires, Wheels Works or whatever should be able to get you a good deal on Cragar or Pacer (just like American Racing or Pro Comp) black steel rims.

I'd do like MAIDEN and check out Craigslist, not sure where you are located, but here in the Bay Area of CA Craigslist is always a good place to start.

These wheels have got to be the easiest bolt pattern to find on earth. I have a side yard collection of wheels that I've run into for cheap/free and cant refuse. Sharing a bolt pattern with a million chevy trucks helps things...

Chevy's bolt pattern is 6 on 5.5, American/SAE. Toyota's pattern, and Nissan's, pre-ford Mazda's and anything else from Japan that uses 6 lugs, is also 6x5.5 in. but metric: 6x139.70mm

They should fit anyway however.
