Got it. All white on top, no amber is the look you get with the newer tails. Plus, it looks a little narrower. Thanks guys.

 

Just to clarify, I think I have the right parts from 1sttoyotaparts.com. They are from an 01 4runner and I'm ordering the rear lamp/tail lamp assembly. The price for each tail is $92. Is this right for those that have purchased them from the dealer? I'd like to get a set and want to make sure I'm ordering the right ones. For some reason, I thought these costed more.

 

That seems awfully cheap for each tail, even with my discount it ran me in excess of $200 for both I believe.

Here are the part numbers for the tails, I can't tell which one is for which b/c both boxes mine came in say RR so...as long as you have of each of these you should be OK.

When blinking, what's the color of the chromed bulbs?

 

A really dark orange...I LOVE the color of em! They're not as bright as the stock bulbs but the color is awesome!

just have your 99-96 ones tinted or color matched. it looks 100x better
