Replacing upper ball joint. What else should I replace while under there?

But does the steering wheel being off center indicate I need a new alignment?
I didn't mess with the tie rod ends. I just checked them and they were fine so there was no movement of those parts. I only replaced all ball joints and sway bar bushings and links.
Should I just take the steering wheel off and adjust it to center? I don't want to pay for an alignment if I don't need one. The truck rides perfect after the bj replacement. No change from previous ride performance.
Why would the steering wheel be off center after replacing ball joints and sway bar bushings/links?
Thanks for help on this.

Went to the alignment shop. It did need an alignment. So the steering wheel off center was caused by toe change. Thanks to all who urged me to get an alignment instead of centering the steering wheel.
