Replacing a TRD FJ anthracite rim

Hi guys, its been a while. Moved up to Charlotte for a job and yesterday while returning home someone pulled out of a parking spot right into my right front tire and scuffed the tire and rim. I know the rim is FJ specific, but I figured I'd post up here. I'm trying to get a quote for her and wondering the best way to do this since the rim is discontinued. I was thinking I can just get an invoice from Toyota for a silver one and a separate one from an authorized painter to do the paint job? If you have any suggestions please let me know. Need to stick to business means because of proper documentation and such. Thanks!

seems like reasonable documentation for an insurance company. Why not just call her adjuster and ask what they want to see?

I am presuming it is simply not possible to find one FJ Anthracite rim anywhere? Seems to me that is the route they would take-to locate one at a lesser price than to paint a silver one...

just my .02

Just glad to see that rig is not yet sold! Your 3rd gen still my fave desktop background.

I work in a shop that is shared with an Alloy Wheel Repair business. They fix all kinds of wheels and repaint them in OEM colors, and if they can't they have a network of places to send them out to do chrome and powder coating as well as ordering single replacement wheels. There may be a service like that in your area that you could consult with. Here are some links that I found just on google:

thanks for the advice. it seems the anthracite wheels are actually available again for decent prices. if you thought these were gone then here's another shot to get them!
