Question Replacing Stock Stereo

OK i am sure this is a common question but i am still struggling to find the right infromation and procedure. How heck do you get to the stereo to remove it in a 98 4runner? I am not sure how all the dash guards come off so that i can get to it. Can anyone get me a step by step procedure in doing so? I just got a new in-dash system but have been unable to install it.

P NUT....has it. Once you have done it once it will be a piece of cake after that. I have had to do it about 3 times this month (Bad decks trouble). I can now remove the deck in about 5-7 min. I have now figured I should pony up the green and buy a decent deck.
