Replacing bushings??

How difficult is it to change the bushings on the lower contorl arm (lower a-arms) and the bushings that hold the front differental up on a 4runner? What all is involved?

I noticed this weekend while putting my skid plate back on that the bushings on the drivers side looked like they've seen better days. Same can be said for the lower ball joint (no leaks or tears in thankfully).

Hopefully, what I'm describing isn't too confusing.

The Lower Bushings are AAAAAHHHHHHHH FFFFing pain the but.

BUT--i couldnt get it done so i took it to a shop--when i picked them up they pulled a gun on me and told me it cause them to get a divorce ........

If you decide to change them out--mark where your alignment adjusters are and be prepared to pay ~150 for a good ol alignment.

check it though--they are only 166 piece--that is worth it--you will spend more money on shop time--http://www.trademotion.com/partlocator/index.cfm?action=getJointLocator&siteid=214074&cha pter=&sectionids=19,2512&groupid=61005&make=34&mod el=4Runner&year=1999&catalogid=1&displayCatalogid= 0
