Replacement fobs
Has anybody had luck with the amazon 3rd party aftermarket fobs?
HYQ1512Y Factory TOYOTA OEM KEY FOB 4 BUTTON Keyless Entry Remote Alarm https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009PDCKWE/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_Ync7Db4Y3ZDYP
I only have 1 and it’s dying . Even with a new battery I have to be right next to the truck and smash around to get the buttons to work. The dealer wants $150 for a new one.

Not really an answer to what you're asking, but my girlfriend was having trouble with her Mazda fob, I opened it up, bent the contact up a little to make a better connection, did some very light sanding on the contacts, put a very light layer of dielectric grease on the battery and contacts, made a night and day difference.

I bought one from wholesale-24-7 off Ebay in June with good results. Not oem, programmed no problem and works great so far. Every rare once in awhile there's one at the boneyard, check Camrys too, and don't hold your breath.
