Replace Lug Stud
Has anyone replaced a lug stud on the front of a 2000 4Runner? I have one that is stripped. I was told by someone at the auto parts store that it should be as easy as taking a hammer and knocking it out the back and putting a new one on and pulling it through with the lug nut. I looked at it briefly and it just does not seem like there is enough room behind it to knock it out without removing the hub and/or rotor. I searched the forum and a few people have tried to do this but I don't think any were for a 2000 and it sounded like they had problems getting the studs out the back too.
Suggestions?
Thanks.

I know that when i had one of my studs break off on my accord, i took it to sears and they changed it in 30 minutes and charged me $20-30 for it. Might be worth looking at if you don't want to mess with it.
