Repair Manual
All...
I am thinking about setting up my old computer in the garage with some electronic repair manuals for my 'runner and the wife's Jeep. I'm sure I'll spend MOST of my time fixing the Jeep, but need the manual for the Yota too. :-)
Has anyone had any good/bad experiences with these? You can get them DIRT cheap on e-bay (see link below), but I'm wondering if they're any good.

Thanks..

They're cumbersome, but Acrobat 6 has really helped a lot.
With Acrobat 6 you can search for keywords in a given directory and all subdirectories. So you can put them all in one folder "4runner" or whatever and search against that.
As nice as actual factory service manuals? No.
Better than no service manuals? Yes.
It's nice to be able to print stuff out too, and dirty it up only to recycle it later.
The biggest thing with this method, however, is that you need to know what Toyota calls certain parts. i.e. Swaybar=stabilizer bar...etc.
I guess you'd need to know some of that type of stuff anyway, but it's not possible with this to flip through it looking for pics.
...and lastly, if you happen to have a 2000 email me before you buy it.
