removing rear upper links?

removing rear upper links?
ok, so I have new allpro upper links just waiting to go on. Then yesterday I go to a friends house to install them and we couldn't get the dang bolts off the mounts... we tried a cheater bar and finally an air wrench.. no luck.. those things are stuck tight.
any advice on getting those bolts off?
