question, I was lookin' at the Sonoran Steel bumper, but I really wanted a tire hitch on the back. however, steve s. claims that the frame on the 96-02 runners will not support the weight of the tire on the back and it will eventually bend the frame. any suggestions or alternative points of view?

I dont think it would ever bend the frame

if concerned then I would make addiitional braces for the bumper...tie it into the frame in more places or something....
