Rear Bumper

Rear Bumper
Anyone know if it is illegal to not have a rear bumper and have those mount type things sticking out... because mine will be like this for awhile until I find a new rear bumper that I like....
My bumper is in horrible condition so I just took it off for now...

probably not the best idea to leave the mounts sticking out like that. unbolt them until you find a replacement bumper, they will more than likely have to come off anyway to accomodate the new bumper. no sense in asking for trouble by having them protruding like that.
