Just because something is easy, doesn't mean it is quick........

There are lots of things that I do that are easy, but take varying amounts of time.

There's nothing wrong with taking your time and assuring you've completed the job properly, especially as a hobby mechanic and not a trained professional. If I was getting paid to make mistakes on my own vehicle, I would likely move a lot quicker when working on it, but the payment comes in piece of mind and knowing you've done a job yourself and knowing you've done it right.
