I have a 3 " spacer lift for my 96 2wd runner v6. Im wondering will i need new shocks or can i get by with stock for now? Besides the spacer what else would i need?

Do i use a spring compressor and the spacer goes between spring and that rubber cone looking thing? Just seems so simple I don't want to miss anything. I did the front with no problems,

drop axel, spring will fall out. put the spacer in between coil and cone. reassemble and you're done. stock shocks will be fine for now
