Reader's Rigs Gallery

Folk's, don't forget we have a Member's Gallery here to show off your pride & joy.
http://www.hboss.net/cgi-bin/readers.cgi?action=home

I have not seen any new entries for awhile in there.
Very easy to add your picture to it. All you need to do is make sure it's sized at 640x480, or it won't be up for every long.
The size is important to make the page look nice.

Hey Corey,

What's the easiest way to size down a pic. I have one that I would like to submit but it is 256k How can I make it smaller?

Here is the pic

You don't have software at home to convert the size down?
Email me the pic (without the Monty on it if possible) and I'll email it back to you sized correctly.

On 2nd thought, you should use the one Corey sent you. I didn't realize the file size on the one I resized is/was so high (it's removed now).

Ah yes, forgot all about that. I think I was waiting for new pictures, but I added myself anyways. I took off all of the decals and crap and added a few aesthetic touches so I will update it when I take more photos. Word.

Whassup Fellas,
TS1. Nice rig man. I see your in WA as well.
I can't believe none of us have actually met, ridden together, honked, or even flipped each other off on the road for cutting the other person off.

Ya first it's coffee. Then, hey come look at my rig. Next thing you know it's an all out, Washington style, offroad run. Sounds great to me. I've been itching to get out on the trail lately.

We are thinking about a very early run a week from now Billy.
Should be a post by Todd in the Off Road forum.

It will give me a chance to try out the Hella 500s in total blackness.

The picture has to be 120x120 pixels or less.
I take a 640x480, and cut it down to 120x90.

It also has to be 7 kb or less in file size.

Go to your Control Panel and then click on Edit Options.
Then choose change avatar.

The pic can be from your puter, it doesn't have to be on the 'Net.
Choose your file with the browse button, then before you submit it, you have to recheck the "Use custom avatar" button, as it gets unchecked.

Then hit the submit modifications button.
That's all there is to it.

Folk's, 3 new entries again, but 2 are not showing up, and one is not sized right.
Pics MUST be sized at 640x480, or they will get axed.

These have to be fixed, or they will be taken down soon.

No, yours is fine Bill.
Only two in there now. One will be fixed soon, and Fred needs a bigger pic.

When they are not a 640x480, it throws the page off.
Also entires need to be put under the Toyota section.

Some were not listed under it, and no catagory was choosen.

Damned...Spent all that time cropping and trying to get the file small enough only to have it too small...
I will attempt to rectify the problem.
