random/multiple misfiring codes

random/multiple misfiring codes
i have 97 toyota tacoma giving me trouble codes P0300- P0306 a misfire for all six cylinders. i checked for spark and its good and i also did a compression check and i have higher compression on one side then the other about 20psi difference can that cause a misfiring codes?
