I received my order of Forever Black in the mail yesterday and I'm very anxious to try it out tonight. It comes with the cleaner and a bottle of the dye with an applicator tip. It does come out like ink or shoe polish. My question for all of you who have used this product is how you did the smaller areas, such as weather stripping around windows and doors. Did you tape off surrounding paint/chrome? Taping off everything seems very tedious, and a waste if the dye can be easily cleaned after everything dries. Tell me about your experiences...

You don't need to tape anything. Just be careful and whatever gets on the paint can be wiped off...



I also put it on the hitch.
