Question on Steering
This one's kind of hard to explain, but I'll try. When I go off-roading and such and go over bumps at a moderate speed, where the front suspension flexes over a bump immediately following another bump, and the front tires are doing their individual things, I get some feedback in the steering wheel.
It's kind of like the steering wheel gets some light jittering when the front tires are doing different things because it's not like a speed bump where they both flex up at the same time
I've felt this jitter driving other vehicles off-road (non-Toys) or over uneven bumps, but I'm wondering if that's normal for everyone else who does a lot of off-roading, and when too much steering wheel jitter is too much?
Hope I explained this right...

On the IFS on my rig we have steering stabilizers that are basically a shock absorber.
I am not very familiar with the 3rd gen setup at all.
But you can replace it for a beefier one that controls the steering wheel from doing that in your hands.
Mine is a Rancho, and I wish I had not bought it. It does the job, but I had to put their special brackets on to mount it.
I can't remember if the stock brackets are there still or not as it was a few years ago.
There are other brands that utilize the stock mounting brackets such as Doetsch Tech, Hechathorn, and OME.
If I was to re-do it again, I would go with the Old Man Emu unit as I hear they are the best.
Look on ARB's site for it.

Ahhh...thx for the info Corey. At least it's good to know the light rattling/jittering feedback is normal, or they wouldn't have created stabilizers to calm it down.
I'll have to invest in the steering stabilizer later, sounds like a good idea.
