We deal with CO all the time. That's why there are CO detectors out there for the house. Especially in houses in the North, midwest and east in the winter time that are all bundled up witha furnace running. I would worry more about that than rolling down the highway with the windows down.

The CO level in PPM (parts per million) with the front windows open and the rear window down while rolling down the road at 75 are probably a lot lower concentration than sitting in traffic on the 405 in LA with some guy's exhaust pipe 5 feet from your face.
