Question about an 87 Corolla ignition timing

I have an 87 Corolla that just failed emissions on the Carbon Monoxide. I replaced the air filter and O2 sensor and now I need to adjust the timing. Anyone here by any chance know what it needs to be set at and which vaccum lines I need to plug? 1.6 liter 2 barrell carb'd. I know doesn't really belong on here but I figure all these toyota people someone must have one of these or know how to do it.

if its anything liek my 22r, nothing is supposed to be plugged when timing it other than the vacuum advance on the distributor... my 22r has a idle screw, mixture screw, and a cold idle screw.. my 22r is set to 0* @ 750 rpm (warm, manual tranny)
