Problems with 1st Gen 22re?

I am currently looking at an 89 1st gen four runner. Its got 180k on the original 22re, very little rust, and is in overall really good shape. I was just wondering if there was any 1st gen problems that I should really be aware of as I am looking at it. Its got new tires, new alternator, new battery, new brakes, new gas tank, new starter.......should that be a sign that other things are about to go wrong?
Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Ask when the timing chain was last replaced. They usual go around 130,000 mi, but they sometimes can last longer. Something to consider...
