pro comps or ranchos

I am finishing up my lift on my second gen runner here, I have the downey hd coils in the back, spacers, brake line, and bj spacers for the front, and a 1 inch rb bol all around.. now I have rancho 5145's, and 5187's.. But I think that they are a little too short.. I have read and read and read, I am really unsure what shocks to get.. The ranchos sound good but what size? Different sizes for front and back? Also will the procomp es3000's work? I know they are cheap and probably not a permanent solution but on miltary pay I will take what I can get.. ANy help in this manner would be greatly appreciated.. Oh yes, where can I find a pan hard drop bracket? And what is the technical name for it? Thanx

Sorry, no line on the drop bracket. I have pro comp es3000's and I am happy with them. When you are buying your new shocks you should be asked by the salesman how much, if any, lift you have. Tell them, and they should set you up with the right sized shocks.
