Where at? I pulled up those rubber grommets and all wiring looks good so far, is there a particular area to inspect?

First, don't rely on a visual check of fuses. Use a known good fuse or put a test light or meter to BOTH ends of the fuse. Check 30A POWER fuse and 10A ECU-IG fuse.

If no joy, try swapping POWER relay with another relay. Failing that, I can take you through some real troubleshooting but I need your year, model, engine. You list your mods but not your rig.

This may help:

Red face

So after swapping out your non working Master Switch you still have another problem.

Have you checked the power sources and the grounds??

looked for corroded or arced wires where they attach to switches and relays??

Just what parts of the circuit have you tested??

There is 12 volts at about 4 terminals at the molded plug. There was a little green corrosion (copper in the upper left side of the plug, but not too bad)

Where exactly are the relays located? It is a 1999 4runner sr5 power windows, locks, mirrors, and heated mirrors. 5vz engine.

Patience, grasshopper. See p. 24 of attached, top right corner of panel. That relay should interchange with several relays in the engine relay box, such as FOG, DEFOG, PWR OUTLET, etc. Also EFI, but don't use that one.

I've got the exact same problem now, and this thread is very helpful! This should be in a sticky somewhere.
