Is the 87-95 lift kit for a toyota pickup the same as the one for the 1st en 4runners? Liek if i ahd a 5 inch lift for a 89 pickup, could i use it on a 89 4RUNNER?

 

Nope.

84-85 pickups and 4Runners = same.
86-88 pickups and 86-89 4Runners = same
The 89+ pickup and 90+ 4Runners have different rear springs sets - different from the earlier years and starting with that body style they are different from each other too.

 

89 4runner still have removable top and rear leaf springs....I don't see why not...the IFS front should be the same. I would just get the front lift and find rear springs to match it. try to avoid using blocks...even rear.
