Popping noises and pulling left?!?!?

Popping noises and pulling left?!?!?
Last week I bottomed out my 88 Runner on a logging road going camping, not real bad but enough to cause a pull to the left. When I got home the left side tortion bar will make a loud pop while turning and hitting a bump and then will track straight until the process is repeated and then it will pull left again. Can't see any visual damage, should I replace the tortion bars??? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, thanks for your time..........................TIM
