Question Plug temps with S/C?

I've seen that some people use 1 step cooler plugs for their supercharged engines and some people use 2 step cooler plugs. What would be the best bet for me? TRD says 1 step would be fine; what do you think? And, are the Denso Iridium IK20's worth the cash or not?

I live in Colorado at about 5400 feet above sea level. Currently I'm running the stock temperature plugs and getting some pinging. I have not upgraded to the cooler thermostat yet either (I'm planning on putting in a 160 degree thermostat in the next couple of weeks too).

The URD kit is in my future, but I can't swing it for a couple of months. Thanks for the input!

I run the IK20's. Put them in with the S/C and 7th. Runs good so far with no pinging.
