Place for full size driving lights...

Searching through the archives I wasn't able to find anything about safari bars for 3rd gen!

I'm looking for a way to mount a pair of maybe Hella 500's somewhere, and the low non obtrusive safari bar would be perfect. Beats the overbearing grille/brush guards and drilling into the bumper.

Any info would be appreciated

Try a smitty bilt outland bumper guard...

Or, just drill into the bumper. If you ever decide to remove them, get some trim inserts from the local parts place to fill the holes. If you do drill, make sure to coat all exposed metal with silicone before installing the lights to prevent rust.

Nothing wrong with this...

No there isn't Got any shots from other angles?

That JAOS bull bar for $1500 better be able to knock down a real bull Safari bars I think are much more superficial by their definition, but they still look good and slightly less ghetto install place for the lights

Damn the price on that Jaos bar really got jacked up! When I was looking at those a year or two ago they were only $600-$700. I can't believe anyone would buy them at that price. Jaos also makes a lamp stay at a much smaller price. Jaos Lamp Stay If nothing else you could get one made at a welder using the Jaos stay as a design template.
