It's on the right if it's a LHD vehicle; it's on the left if it's a RHD vehicle. HTH!

but where does it come out?? most if not all i have seen have them come out of the dash...well from the 2nd picture above, it doesnt look like that is the case.

oh sorry i must miss your post. The leather seats came off my friend 4runner limited that was hit head on.. I swip him seat cover since the insured co. was going to total it anyway.

yep! I just got rid of them because they look funner and is not big enough to cover certain area. and got the Toyota 4ruuner all weather ones. fit alot better and alot lighter too!
