1.4" body-lift ,FJ80 coils and 1.5" ball joint spacers so roughly about 3 - 3.5" in front 4 - 4.5" in the rear. I currently have 33x12.50 tires in it. I could fit 35's pretty easily I have pretty good wheel well clearence. Although they would likely rub under compression.

Hmmm fresh meat!!, Well welcome to Yotatech. The seach button at the top can answer most all of your questions. But I will offer this humble link of the BJ spacer install

I think I sparked my buddy's Dan's urge to modify his 4 runner because he called me tonight asking me how hard it was to put a 4" suspension lift on his truck and to install some lower gears.
I told him if he can wait I would sell him my old IFS front diff and gears at a deal when I chop it off.
The scary thing is his truck has some real crappy gears he was telling me he had 3.73's in his 94 4 runner since his came with 225's stock. I don't think that's right though I think likely he has 4.11's or something but my 4.56's would be a hell of improvement over what he has now.
