Thanks for the comment:

My grill is good 'ol "gutter guard" from Home Depot. I believe it was less than $2 for something like a 3' x 8" piece and it took 2 pieces to complete. It took alittle time to get the exact fit and then attach with zip ties. I used tin snips to make my cuts. On the lower valance I cut the license plate mount off since front plates are not required here in AZ. Here are a couple of pics for people that are wondering what we're talking about:

Definitely looks nice! I used to have that on my Honda years and years ago. One problem that I had to deal with was the gutter guard rusting. I guess out there in AZ you really won't have to deal with that as much

Maybe once this winter is over I will attempt to do something like that. I would also like to get those pearl gray Toyota emblems. Does anybody know if they are easy to put on? When you pull the old emblems off, does it leave a nasty sticky spot on the truck? Do the new ones stick on as well?

Hello Glass, and welcome to YotaTech.
Check out our Tech section for a write-up on the "rain gutter guard" front end treatment.

It's listed in the Cosmetic section.

Paul,
I noticed in a couple of your pics that you removed your '02 front skid plate. Interested in selling it?

Yeah good ol' gutter gaurd. I made one for my 96'. It's great, I get compliments on it all the time, even more now after the lift b/c it's higher up and more in the line of sight. It's great knowing that I paid a whole 3 bucks for it and get asked about it so often. Thanks Paul for the insipering idea.
