Persisting Problem with 1st Gear
Hey,
I'm still having a problem with my 1st gear on my '87 runner. I was told to check the seat because 1st gear was popping out. That was part of the problem, the seat (part of the stick shift) was in terrible shape. I replaced that and the problem is still occuring. It's not as bad as before but it's still doing it. It feels as though 1st gear is a little looser compared to the rest where you can feel that the stick can't move much in other gears. Do you guys have any other solutions to this problem?
